魏衍亮博士(原国家知识产权局发展研究中心主任助理)在我中心最近对辉瑞公司立普妥专利公益无效案中担任了我方出庭人；除此之外，魏博士还在北京中易电子公司诉微软专利侵权案的专利无效口审中，代表法大知识产权中心出庭支持我国科技企业。
魏衍亮博士简历
Yanliang Wei
Ph.D of Law at Peking University.
the First Ph.D of Law Employed by the State Intellectual Property Office of China.
Yanliang Wei was graduated with a PhD of law from Peking University. He is also a PhD candidate of medical science at Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine and Pharmaceuticals.
Dr. Wei is the first PhD of law employed by the State Intellectual Property Office of China. He is also a senior counselor of the Industry Coalition Tech-development Center of Beijing and many other large enterprises.
Besides some academic publications in Europe and the U.S., Dr. Wei published 11 articles in Taiwan and more than 400 articles in Chinese mainland. In 2004, Dr. Wei published a book entitled Patent Protection of Bio-technology. He has also co-authored some other books in Chinese.
Dr. Wei has attended or presided over more than 30 research projects sponsored by the WIPO, the OECD, the SIPO, China’s Ministry of Science and Technology, China’s Ministry of Commerce, China’s Ministry of Information Industry, National Copyright Administration Bureau and so on. He had drafted many English reports with words of more than 300 thousand for international or foreign organs.
On the other hand, Dr. Wei drafted more than 300 patent applications and attended many lawsuits. For example, he had acted as the attorney in the lawsuits against China’s largest electronic producer Haier Corp., Asia’s largest interactive entertainment website mop.com and so on.
